Arc sintered NdFeB magnets, also known as motor arc magnetic tiles, are a special type of shaped rare-earth permanent magnets. Featuring inner and outer arc curved structures, they perfectly fit the annular assembly positions of motor rotors and stators. Replacing traditional block magnets, they optimize internal magnetic fields, reduce motor cogging torque, improve output torque and enhance overall operating efficiency.

1. Product Introduction
Arc sintered NdFeB magnets, also known as motor arc magnetic tiles, are a special type of shaped rare-earth permanent magnets. Featuring inner and outer arc curved structures, they perfectly fit the annular assembly positions of motor rotors and stators. Replacing traditional block magnets, they optimize internal magnetic fields, reduce motor cogging torque, improve output torque and enhance overall operating efficiency.
Custom arcs, central angles, thicknesses and hole structures are available according to motor drawings. Suitable for low and high-temperature working conditions, they are the core magnetic components of brushless permanent magnet motors.
2. Product Types
1) Standard Arc Magnetic TilesRegular single-arc magnets with finely polished inner and outer curved surfaces, no holes. Widely used in fans, household appliance motors and small power tools.
2) Arc Magnets with Countersunk HolesIntegrally machined countersunk holes allow screw fastening, effectively preventing falling off during high-speed operation. Ideal for servo motors and high-power industrial motors.
3) Large Central Angle Sector MagnetsWide-angle sector magnetic tiles specially applied in new energy vehicle drive motors, rail transit traction motors and high-power generators.
4) Ultra-thin & Narrow Miniature Arc MagnetsUltra-thin and micro curved magnets matching drone motors, gimbal voice coil motors, miniature sensors and micro water pump motors.
5) Segmented & Special-shaped Arc MagnetsIntegrated multi-section, single-side chamfered and step-shaped arc magnets, customized for non-standard automated motors and inverter compressors.

N Series (N35–N52): 80℃ max — Small household appliances & fan motors
M Series (33M–48M): 100℃ max — General power tools & small water pumps
H Series (33H–48H): 120℃ max — Servo motors & variable-frequency household equipment
SH Series (30SH–45SH): 150℃ max — Electric vehicles & industrial fan motors
UH Series (28UH–40UH): 180℃ max — Automotive EPS & high-power industrial motors
EH/AH Series (28EH–40AH): 200–230℃ max — High-speed motors & new energy drive motors
4. Surface Anti-corrosion Coatings
Ni-Cu-Ni Plating: 48-hour salt spray resistance, standard industrial coating for motors, wear-resistant and rust-proof.
Black Epoxy Coating: Excellent salt spray performance for humid environments, water pumps and outdoor fans.
Zinc Plating: Cost-effective coating for indoor ordinary motors and small household magnetic components.
5. Processing Technology & Precision
Sintered blank forming → CNC inner & outer arc grinding → end face precision grinding / drilling & countersinking → chamfering & deburring → full dimension inspection → anti-corrosion electroplating → radial magnetization → pole marking & packaging
Arc tolerance: ±0.03mm
Overall dimensional tolerance: ±0.01~±0.05mm
Support small-batch prototyping and large-scale mold mass production. Complex arc shapes can be processed by wire cutting.

8. Selection & Usage Precautions
NdFeB magnets are brittle. Please assemble with gentle pressure and avoid violent impact. Chamfer design is recommended for sharp corners to prevent edge chipping.
For high-speed rotating motors, prefer countersunk hole types to avoid falling off caused by adhesive failure under high temperature.
Select SH/UH/EH high-temperature grades if the motor long-term working temperature exceeds 120℃.
Radial magnetization is the standard for motor magnetic tiles. Custom multi-pole directional magnetization is available for special magnetic field requirements.
Mass production with customized molds can reduce unit cost and shorten delivery time.
