1. Product Introduction
Block sintered NdFeB magnets are the most widely used standard sintered rare-earth permanent magnets on the market. Featuring regular cuboid structures, mature processing technology and high cost performance, they are available in solid blank blocks, countersunk hole blocks, and slotted step blocks with complete specifications.
These magnets deliver strong and stable magnetic force with multiple anti-corrosion electroplating surface options. Both standard in-stock sizes and customized dimensions, hole machining and chamfering are available. They are the most universal magnetic solutions for industrial magnetic fixing, motor assemblies and equipment positioning.

2. Product Types
1) Standard Solid Block MagnetsSolid hole-free cuboid magnets with sufficient stock sizes and low cost. Mainly used for magnetic adsorption fixing, magnetic bases and general magnetic assembly components.
2) Countersunk Hole Block MagnetsCustom M3/M4/M5/M6 countersunk holes processed in the center or at both ends. The screw heads can be fully embedded for completely flat surfaces, specially designed for tooling, molds and equipment cabinet fixing.
3) Step & Slotted Block MagnetsCustom single-sided steps, double-sided slots and notched structures, suitable for equipment limiting and embedded installation for non-standard equipment modules.
4) Ultra-thin Miniature Block MagnetsCompact thin magnetic blocks widely applied in wireless charging modules, Bluetooth earphones, sensors and precision electronic internal magnetic parts.
5) Large-size Thick Block MagnetsOversized thick magnetic steels for large magnetic jigs, lifting auxiliary magnetic tools and heavy mechanical equipment positioning.

N35–N52 (Normal Temperature Series): Max 80℃ — Ordinary indoor equipment & hardware magnetic fixation
33M–48M: Max 100℃ — Electric equipment & small motors
33H–48H: Max 120℃ — Frequency conversion equipment & miniature servo components
30SH–45SH: Max 150℃ — Industrial motors & high-temperature tooling
28UH / 28EH: 180℃–220℃ — Long-term high-temperature working equipment
4. Surface Anti-corrosion Coatings
Ni-Cu-Ni Triple Plating: Mainstream industrial coating with 48-hour salt spray resistance, rust-proof and wear-resistant, widely used for motors and automation equipment.
Black Epoxy Coating: Superior anti-corrosion performance for high-humidity, acid and alkali working environments.
Zinc Plating: Cost-effective coating for indoor ordinary magnetic products with short-term rust protection.
5. Processing Technology & Precision
Sintered blank forming → surface precision grinding → chamfering & deburring → drilling / countersinking / slotting processing → full dimensional inspection → anti-rust electroplating → directional magnetization → packaging & delivery
Dimensional tolerance can be controlled within ±0.02mm. Standard sizes are in stock for same-day delivery, and customized perforated blocks support rapid prototyping.

8. Selection & Usage Precautions
NdFeB material is brittle. Violent knocking and extrusion during installation are prohibited. Chamfering is recommended for sharp corners to prevent edge chipping and cracking.
Moderate screwing torque is required for countersunk hole blocks to avoid magnet cracking caused by excessive force.
Select M/H/SH high-temperature resistant grades for equipment working continuously above 80℃ to prevent permanent demagnetization.
Epoxy coating is preferred for humid and outdoor environments for better anti-rust performance than ordinary zinc plating.
Standard blocks support instant stock delivery, while non-standard slotted and perforated blocks require a slightly longer lead time.
