1. Product Introduction
Countersunk hole SmCo magnets are sintered high-temperature rare-earth magnetic steels with integrally machined tapered countersunk screw holes. After screw fastening, the screw heads are fully embedded to ensure a completely flat surface. Featuring excellent high-temperature resistance and natural corrosion resistance, SmCo magnets require no electroplating treatment. They are specially designed for mechanical fixing in working environments above 180℃.

2. Product Classification
Round Countersunk Hole SmCo MagnetsDisc magnets with central countersunk holes, widely used for miniature sensors and high-temperature testing equipment.
Block Countersunk Hole SmCo MagnetsSquare magnets with single or double countersunk holes, ideal for high-temperature tooling fixtures and mold positioning.
Special-shaped Countersunk Hole SmCo MagnetsArc and step-shaped SmCo magnets with customized countersunk holes, applied in high-temperature servo motors.
3. Magnetic Grades & Performance
SmCo5 (1:5 Series): Max working temperature 250℃, suitable for low-temperature and medium-small power high-temperature devices.
Sm2Co17 (2:17 Series): Max working temperature 300℃–350℃, applied in military, aerospace and long-term high-temperature equipment.
Core Characteristics: Extremely low temperature coefficient, excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance, no coating protection required.

5. Application Scenarios

6. Usage Precautions
SmCo material is brittle. Apply gentle torque during screw locking to prevent cracking. Edge chamfering is recommended for sharp corners to avoid chipping.
Select Sm2Co17 (2:17) series for long-term working temperatures above 180℃.
Countersunk hole angles can be customized at 82° or 90° according to matching screw specifications.
